DOMINO 96

Yojani Hernandez Rodriguez · updated 2026-10-27

Terms & Conditions

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Yojani Hernandez Rodriguez ("we", "us"). They set out how you may use DOMINO 96: the app and any game, feature or service we offer inside it (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Last updated: 2026-10-27.

1. Who we are

DOMINO 96 is operated by Yojani Hernandez Rodriguez, 5220 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando, FL 32807, USA.

You can reach us at yojani011225@gmail.com for support or any question.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when needed. The current version is always in the app under Settings → Terms and privacy, with its date.

If a change is significant we will show it in the app. Continuing to play afterwards means you accept it.

3. Your account

You need an account to play at the tables. You must be at least 13 to create one. If you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for your password and everything that happens on your account. If you think someone else got in, contact us immediately.

An account belongs to one person. Do not share, sell or transfer it.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. It is immediate and permanent: profile, coins, honor tiles, wins, cosmetics and friendships are erased. We cannot recover them.

4. Your licence to use the game

As long as you follow these Terms, we give you permission to use DOMINO 96 on your devices for personal, non-commercial use. It is personal, non-exclusive and revocable: we are not selling you the game or any part of it.

That permission ends if you close your account or we close it for breaking these rules.

5. How matches work

Worth knowing before you sit at a table:

• BOTS. If there are not enough people, the game fills the seats with automatic players. This happens at paid tables too: you can pay an entry fee and play against bots. Bots follow the same rules and cannot see anyone's tiles.

• LEAVING. On your turn you have 60 seconds to play. If you leave the app (a call, the lock screen, another app), you have 30 seconds to be back and playing; everyone at the table sees that clock. That time keeps running even if you close the app. If you do not play or do not come back, a bot takes your seat to the end, you lose the seat, the match continues without you, and it counts as a forfeit. The entry fee is not refunded.

• DISCONNECTION. Losing your connection is treated the same as leaving. We do not refund entry fees for network, phone or carrier problems.

• THE SERVER DECIDES. Entries, prizes, coins and results are calculated and stored by our server. If your phone disagrees with the server, the server is what counts.

• THE DAILY BONUS. The daily spin is free, its odds are published on that screen and fixed on the server, the same for everyone. They cannot be bought or influenced.

6. How you must behave

You agree NOT to post, send or share anything that:

• attacks, harasses, intimidates or stalks another person;

• is vulgar, obscene or sexually explicit, in text, image or voice;

• is offensive, racist, sexist or discriminatory;

• is cheating: bots, hacks, mods or any method of altering the game, the economy or results;

• promotes illegal activity;

• infringes anyone's rights, including copyright, trademarks, privacy or confidentiality;

• contains a virus or damages the Services or another person's device;

• is spam or destructive behaviour;

• promotes your own or a third party's business;

• impersonates another person.

Voice chat follows the same rules. We do not record the audio, but others at the table hear you and can report you.

We also do not accept threats or abusive language towards support.

If you break these rules we may warn you, suspend you, or close your account, and remove coins or other Virtual Items, with no refund.

If you believe someone is breaking these rules, email yojani011225@gmail.com or use the report button. We cannot guarantee others' conduct and are not responsible for it.

7. Coins are NOT real money

This matters, so we want it unmistakable:

Coins, honor tiles, cosmetics and other in-game items are entertainment features inside DOMINO 96. They are NOT money, NOT legal tender, NOT cryptocurrency, and have no value outside the game.

Coins are spent inside the game: table entries, tiles and mats in the shop, and changing your profile name (5,000 coins, once every 30 days). What is spent is not refunded.

You cannot exchange them for real money or physical prizes, and cannot transfer them to another person or account. We do not exchange them for money either.

Table entries and match prizes are always paid in in-game coins. Winning produces no real-money payout.

DOMINO 96 is not a gambling service and does not offer real-money gaming. It is a dominoes game played for fun.

8. Virtual Items

Virtual Items means coins, honor tiles, mats, tile designs and any other item or feature obtained in the game, whether by playing, as a gift, from a mission, from the daily bonus, or by purchase.

Obtaining one does not make you its owner: you receive a personal, limited, revocable licence to use it inside DOMINO 96, on the account that obtained it.

They cannot be transferred between accounts or between people.

We may change, replace, limit or withdraw any Virtual Item, and adjust prices, prizes and rewards to keep the game balanced.

If you delete your account, or we close it for breaking these rules, you lose the Virtual Items on it. There is no refund.

We do not authorise anyone to sell or give away coins outside the app. Coins obtained that way may be removed.

9. Purchases and refunds

You can buy coins inside DOMINO 96. They work like coins you win: they pay table entries and buy items in the shop, and have no value outside the game.

You must be 18 or older to purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

WHO TAKES THE PAYMENT. We do not process payments. Purchases are charged by the relevant store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under its own terms. We never see or store your card details.

PRICE. The price shown at purchase, including applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time before a purchase.

IMMEDIATE DELIVERY. Coins are delivered instantly. By confirming you expressly request that delivery and accept that, to the extent the law allows, you lose the right of withdrawal.

NO REFUNDS FROM US. All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds ourselves because we never receive your payment. You must ask the store you bought from; that store applies its own policy and decides.

IF A STORE REFUNDS YOU. We may remove the corresponding coins and anything bought with them. If you already spent them your balance may go negative and we may suspend the account until it is settled. This is not a punishment: the game cannot keep coins that were not paid for.

WE DO NOT REFUND: coins lost to a penalty or account closure; coins lost when you delete your own account; purchases made by mistake, by accidental tap, or by someone else using your phone; entry fees for matches lost, abandoned or cut short by your connection; or coins affected by changes to prices, prizes or features.

Always check you are signed into the right account before buying.

If you paid and did not receive your coins, contact us. If the problem is the charge itself, contact the store.

10. What you submit

When you choose a player name, write to us, or use the report button, you give us permission to use that content to run the game, help you, and improve the app.

Choose a name you are happy to show: others can see it. We may change or remove a name that is offensive or impersonates someone.

If you send us an idea or suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything.

11. Who owns the game content

The code, designs, table artwork, sounds, music, the DOMINO 96 name and its logo are ours or licensed to us, and protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, decompile or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law permits.

You may record and share your own gameplay non-commercially. Do not associate the game with offensive or illegal content. We may ask you to take such material down.

12. What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee the Services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. There may be maintenance, faults or outages.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and may discontinue the game.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".

We are not responsible for: connection loss; loss of progress, coins or items from uninstalling, changing phone, losing access to your account or deleting it; matches lost or penalised because of your connection; what others do or say; indirect loss such as lost income, opportunity or reputation; or failures beyond our reasonable control.

LIABILITY CAP. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or what you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

TIME LIMIT. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event that caused it.

PRE-RELEASE VERSIONS. If you play a pre-release build (for example through TestFlight), it is a test version: it may break, change, or lose progress.

Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. App stores

If you download DOMINO 96 from a store, you also accept that store's terms.

These Terms are an agreement between you and us, not with Apple or Google.

Apple and Google have no obligation to maintain or support the game. If the game fails to conform to a promised warranty and you obtained it from the App Store, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that Apple has no other warranty obligation.

We, and not Apple or Google, are responsible for addressing any claim about the game, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US list of restricted parties.

14. Third-party links

ADS. DOMINO 96 puts no ads inside play: none appear between hands, during a match or when the app opens. There are two kinds, each with a clear rule. (1) A button YOU choose to press to watch a short ad in exchange for in-game coins (the amount and the daily maximum are shown on the button); if you do not press it, you do not see it. (2) When a full match ENDS, on leaving the results screen, a full-screen ad that closes after a few seconds may appear; never more than one every few minutes, and never for anyone who has ever bought coins: a single purchase removes that ad for good on that account.

The coins are credited when the ad provider (Google AdMob) confirms to our server that you watched it through. Closing it early earns nothing. If a provider fault means they never arrive, contact us and we will look into it.

If a link to a third-party site appears, that site has its own terms and privacy policy and we are not responsible for its content.

15. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we detect cheating or manipulation of the economy, or if your conduct harms others.

You may also close your own account at any time from Settings.

16. If you cause harm

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used the game, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that causes us. This does not apply to anything that is our own fault.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, Estados Unidos.

Before going to court, email yojani011225@gmail.com. Almost everything can be sorted out by talking.

If we cannot agree, disputes will be submitted exclusively to the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and we both consent to their jurisdiction.

18. Other legal points

The Services are for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations. We may, for example if the game passes to another company; we would say so in the app and your rights would be no worse.

If any part is invalid it will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary or removed; the rest stays in force.

If we do not enforce a right at some point, that does not mean we give it up.

LANGUAGE. These Terms exist in Spanish and English. The SPANISH version governs if the two ever disagree; the English text is a courtesy translation.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us.

Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data DOMINO 96 collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it. The controller is Yojani Hernandez Rodriguez, 5220 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando, FL 32807, USA.

The important part first: DOMINO 96 does not interrupt you with advertising while you play (the ads are the watch-for-coins button and, at most, one when a full match ends), uses no trackers, builds no ad profiles, and does not sell or rent your data to anyone. If any of that ever changes we will update this Policy and tell you in the app before it happens.

Last updated: 2026-10-27.

1. What we collect

What you give us when you create an account:

• your email and a password (stored encrypted by our provider; we never see it);

• the player name you choose;

• the date and version of the Terms you accepted at signup.

What is generated by playing:

• your progress: coins, level, experience, wins, honor tiles and cosmetics;

• your coin history: what kind of movement, how much, and when;

• matches in progress: game state, room code and your seat;

• your in-game friendships;

• the time of your last connection signal.

If you play without an account (guest mode), that progress lives only on your phone and we never receive it.

Your phone also stores local settings (language, sound, music, volume), your name, and a random identifier used to reconnect you to a match.

2. What we use it for

• To let you play: create your account, save progress, seat you at a table.

• To keep the economy fair: the server charges entries and pays prizes, and the coin history prevents double charges or payouts and detects cheating.

• To answer you when you write or report.

• To fix bugs when the app crashes.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, or for any automated decision about you. The optional ads (section 6) are served by Google with ITS data, not ours: we hand over neither your email, your player name nor your progress.

3. Voice chat

Voice chat in private matches is direct between phones. We do not record, store or listen to that audio.

To let two phones find each other, public connection servers (STUN) operated by Google are used. On a direct connection, your IP address can be visible to others at the table. If you would rather avoid that, do not turn on the microphone.

The microphone only turns on when you enable it, and you can turn it off whenever you want.

Face ID or Touch ID lock: your phone does it. The app only receives a yes or a no; it never sees or stores your face, fingerprint or passcode. Turn it off in Settings.

Anyone at the table could record the conversation themselves with another device. That is outside our control.

4. Error reports

When the app crashes we send a technical report to Sentry: the error message, the line of code, the app version, your phone model and operating system, and your last steps in the game.

That report does NOT include your name, email, player name, or the text of any message. Personal-data sending is off and the user identifier is stripped before sending.

5. When you report a problem

The report button sends, along with what you write, a small technical bundle. This is exactly what is inside:

• the report category and app version;

• your phone model and browser, and your screen size;

• your language;

• a summary of your progress: coins, experience, level and wins;

• the code of the last room you played in;

• the internal log of your last steps.

It does not include your email, password, or messages. The report is stored in our database (Supabase) and only we can read it.

Reporting or blocking a person (from the table or the room) stores who reported, whom, the chosen reason and the room code; we review it ourselves. Your block list is kept in your account (or on your phone when you play as a guest): someone you block is muted for you, leaves your friends and cannot invite you again.

In-game chat is a set of prepared phrases, not free text, and is not stored anywhere: it is sent straight to your table and then it is gone.

6. Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to make the app work:

• Supabase: database and accounts.

• GitHub (Pages): only hosts the public page: these Terms, this Policy and the page an invite link opens, which carries nothing but the room code. It receives no game data.

• Sentry: error reports, as in section 4.

• Cloudflare (Turnstile): when you create an account, sign in or ask for a password code, it checks in the background that you are not an automated program. For that it receives your IP address and technical data about the app's browser, never your email or password. Its policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

• Google (STUN servers): only to connect voice chat.

• Apple or Google Play: when you buy coins, that store processes the payment and confirms it to us. We never see or store your card details.

• RevenueCat: when you buy coins, it checks with Apple that the payment is real before we credit anything. It receives the purchase receipt from Apple and your user identifier from us (never your email or name). Its policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

• Apple Game Center (iPhone only, and only if Game Center is on in your phone): when a match ends we send Game Center your win count, your level and the achievements you earn, so they show on its leaderboards. Apple ties them to your Game Center account, not to your DOMINO 96 account; nothing comes back to us. You can turn it off in iPhone Settings, under Game Center.

• Google AdMob: when you press the watch-an-ad button or when the ad after a full match appears. AdMob belongs to Google and serves the ad with its own technology; in doing so it may collect device identifiers, your IP address and technical data about your phone under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We request NON-personalised ads: your history is not used and you are not tracked across apps to choose them. To credit the coins, AdMob sends our server a signed notice with a transaction identifier and your user identifier; we store only that transaction in your coin history.

Like any internet server, Supabase records IP addresses in its technical logs; GitHub does so only if you visit the legal page.

These providers process data in the United States and other countries.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies: your browser holds only your session and your settings. The ad button exists only in the phone app, not on the web.

We may also hand over data where the law requires it or to protect the people who play.

No advertising partner other than Google AdMob, in the two cases above. No third-party analytics. We do not sell data.

7. Children

DOMINO 96 is not directed at children under 13 and we do not allow them to create an account.

If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before playing or buying.

If we learn an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, we delete it.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child created an account, contact us and we will erase it.

8. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open.

When you delete your account, your profile, progress, coin history, statistics and friendships are erased immediately. It is not a deactivation: it is a deletion.

Match rooms are deleted automatically after 7 days. While they exist they contain the match state and the player names at the table, never your email or password. When you delete your account, your name is removed from those rooms at that moment.

Error reports are kept about 90 days in Sentry and do not identify you.

If you start as a guest and later create an account, your local progress may move to that account.

We may keep the minimum necessary for longer where the law requires it or a fraud case is open.

9. Your rights

Wherever you live:

• See what we hold about you.

• Correct anything wrong.

• Delete all of it: you can do this yourself in Settings → Delete account.

• Request a copy of your data.

Email yojani011225@gmail.com. We answer as soon as we can, normally within 45 days.

We will not treat you worse for exercising these rights.

European Union or United Kingdom: we process your data to perform the contract of letting you play, for our legitimate interest in keeping the game fair and secure, and to comply with the law.

California: we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and never have.

10. Security

Passwords are handled by our account provider and stored encrypted.

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

Game money is calculated on the server, not on your phone.

No system is perfect: we take reasonable steps but cannot guarantee absolute security.

If there is a breach affecting your data, we will tell you in the app and by email and notify whoever the law requires, within the 30 days Florida law requires.

11. Changes

If we change this Policy we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
